Kim is a professional and academic specialising in survivor-driven evidence and impact. As Head of Development at NAPAC, she leads on fundraising, partnerships, and survivor-informed advocacy. Kim’s career has covered income generation, impact analysis, and communications in the not-for-profit sector at regional, national, and international levels to deliver services supporting health, education, and human rights.
Kim holds a Doctorate in Business Administration exploring how adult survivors of childhood abuse define positive outcomes, and a Master’s in social impact analysis. Her approach is trauma-informed and rigorous. Kim works collaboratively to deliver change that honours survivor voice and pragmatic real-world impact.
