Paul is a Detective Sergeant in West Yorkshire Police in the Child Safeguarding team. He has spent the last six years working in both overt and covert policing identifying and bringing to justice offenders with a sexual interest in children. Paul's role is victim focused, and he works with a small team that are depicted to identifying and safeguarding vulnerable children, regardless of where they live in the world. Alongside his Safeguarding role Paul is also a Public Order Commander and regularly works across the country to support other forces dealing with incidents of disorder.
