Tracey has built fifteen years of experience in multi-agency safeguarding arrangements. Actively engaging with partner agencies across child protection and abuse investigation, Tracey provides a conduit into policing, dealing with complex referrals from third sector agencies and provides a professional safeguarding perspective. Working at both tactical and strategic levels she ensures that the relationships across partner agencies and policing is robust and appropriate so that agencies, public, and victim and survivor confidence in national policing approaches is enhanced. By partnering with third sector agencies and non-traditional safeguarding partners Tracey, with a master’s degree in child protection and adult safeguarding, provides advice and support to inform and support complex national safeguarding issues and improve the system-wide response to complex and organised child sexual abuse and exploitation.
